April 1..A new beginning...my old journal is still here just hit the link,it was getting full, so here is a fresh new look.. I hope you enjoy.
UPDATE: Changing to a new journal was none to soon... my old journal will no longer allow me to edit it, so even though I decided I would switch over April 1, 2002. My first entry is now March 31, 2002.

HAPPY EASTER !
Today is a day for making decisions. Some of the decisions I have made today are:
- I can't have my cake and eat it too..
Translation... no candy today. Easter will come and go
and I will have eaten healthy.
- Today is a better day to start the rest of my life than tomorrow.
Translation: I can not cheat today because it is Easter
and start again tomorrow.
- There are no more excuses for overeating.
Translation: Eating on my plan is a change of
lifestyle forever. I can enjoy
this day with my family and friends
without eating off plan.
- Life is largely a matter of choices.
Translation: I chose to live it healthier and
thinner.
Today is the first day of the rest of my life and I am going to live it as such.
May you all enjoy this day in the company of those you love.
