It certainly is all about a mindset. One really does have to approach a lifestyle change with determination of making it. No one can do this for us, nor can we do it for someone else. Our life belongs soley to our innerself. We have to learn not to set ourselves up to fail. Attitude is really where it is at. Many of us as we go from day to day become complacent. To be successful at losing weight and keeping it off it must become your primary inner focus. It can be a quiet focus, but it must be an honest focus. Take a look at your meal plan are you adding too many tweaks? Are you making excuses about why you should eat certain foods? Keep your focus where you want it to be, otherwise what you desire so much, what you are striving for becomes lost in the maze of every day living. Spend sometime reflecting..put a plan together and then follow that plan.
I started back on program at the end of September it has been a little over four weeks since I started and I have adhered to the plan 100 percent. For me this meant doing cardio at least 5 times a week and weight training at least 4 times a week, drinking 100 ounces of water a day and adhering to my food plan. I just made up my mind that I could do it, and so can you!
