On The road again
January 1,2004

You are the person who has to decide. Whether you'll do it or toss it aside; You are the person who makes up your mind. Whether you'll lead or will linger behind. Whether you'll try for the goal that's afar. Or just be contented to stay where you are.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!!

For many of us ringing in the new year means making New Year's Resolutions.  For many they will be forgotten by February...for others it means a change of lifestyle.  How is it that some do follow through while others do not?
I think it all has to do with what one really wants for themselves.  How important the resolution is to them... not to anyone else.  Also one has to look at how realistic is the resolution, is it reasonable?
I am a firm believer that if you really want to change you can.  It takes hardwork..honesty and perserverance.
My New Years Resolution is to take off the weight I gained and get back to goal and  once there use a five pound buffer; not a fifteen pound buffer like I have been using this past year.  I think this is reasonable and obtainable and I really want this.....time to stay on track!!!!
