Today is a day for making decisions.  Some of the decisions I have made today are:

• I can't have my cake and eat it too..

    Translation... no  candy today. Easter will come and go

                   and I will have eaten healthy.

• Today is a better day to start the rest of my life than tomorrow.

   Translation:  I can not cheat today because it is Easter

                 and start again  tomorrow.

• There are no more excuses for overeating.

   Translation: Eating on my plan is a change of

                lifestyle forever.  I can  enjoy

                this day with my family and friends

                without eating off plan.      

• Life is largely a matter of choices.

     Translation:  I chose to live it healthier and

                   thinner.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life and I am going to live it as such.
